Engaged in taxi passenger transport, road general cargo transport, road passenger transport business should have the corresponding business categories of road transport business license qualifications. Those engaged in the operation of urban public buses (electric vehicles) shall meet the requirements of the state and local urban people’s governments on operating qualifications.
