Focus on new formats such as blind box management, duty-free online shopping, and new energy vehicles, issue normative guidelines, carry out administrative guidance, and implement defective product recalls, and guide emerging fields such as home appliances, automobiles, duty-free, blind boxes, and e-commerce to improve after-sales service and boost consumer confidence.

The second is to continuously strengthen supervision and law enforcement and purify the market consumption environment. Safety is the premise of consumption. Market supervision departments continue to promote the "iron fist" action in the field of people’s livelihood, and severely crack down on the problems that the masses have strongly reflected, such as illegal food addition, fake and shoddy products, advertisements of "magical medicine" and medical beauty chaos. Since the beginning of this year, more than 350,000 cases in the field of people’s livelihood have been investigated. Focusing on consumers’ concerns, we have successively carried out special actions such as lighting up hundreds of e-commerce platforms, protecting the safety of children’s and students’ supplies, improving the quality of dairy products, and improving the quality of catering, so as to enhance the satisfaction of people’s daily consumption. This year, the General Administration will also comprehensively publicize consumer complaint information, promote the formation of a closed loop of consumption-evaluation-supervision, and guide operators to enhance their awareness of honesty and law-abiding and the quality of goods and services.

Actively explore the transformation of credit assets of assured consumers, and use financial "assured loans" to enhance the sense of acquisition of the real economy and small and micro enterprises. Continue to promote offline return without reason, local shopping in different places, advance payment and rapid return, and 654,000 physical stores across the country have returned about 5.38 billion yuan. Improve the online dispute settlement mechanism of the national 12315 platform, promote 132,000 enterprises to settle in the platform, and promote 16.5% of consumer disputes to be directly resolved at the source. Carry out the food safety "you check me" service to benefit people’s livelihood. More than 60 million people have participated in the spot check activities, and the sampling amount is close to 320,000 batches, building a "heart-to-heart bridge" to serve the people.

Kuang Xu said that in the next step, the General Administration will also issue opinions with relevant departments to improve the consumption environment, launch the creation of a national demonstration city for assured consumption, give play to the role of traction and incitement in the overall creation of the city, and drive the consumption environment in various places to further upgrade.
