The provincial defense refers to strengthening unified command, with a clear division of labor, coordinated linkage and seamless connection, and strengthening 24-hour duty. Fourth, the prevention and control of epidemic situation should be embedded in the whole process of flood control and disaster relief, and the gold standard of no mass deaths and injuries should be firmly adhered to. Governor Wang Kai made specific arrangements in information linkage, risk-averse transfer, on-duty duty and material allocation.

Fourth, in accordance with the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of Autumn Crops (Yu Nong Wen [2022] No.256), 18 provincial autumn grain production expert guidance groups and 9 soybean and corn strip compound planting expert groups will be brought into play to provide technical guidance services.
